I wrapped two pieccs of computer paper around my neck and taped them together which created a mold of my neck

I chose to use my neck as my subject. the neck is a neglected part of the body. i dont really like the wear jewelry, but i dont mind wearing a small neacklace. my goal was to make a necklace that was extraordinary, aestheicly pleasing, and at the same time light and easy for the wearer to carry.

i took copper wiring and sliced it open. displaying little stands of copper woven together. i took apart the tiny wires and i was oon my way.

i started by making the neck by measuring my neck with the wiring.

then i cut the copper and make the hanging part and i finshed it off by connecting the silver pieces to the bottom
